Cuisine is generally local, suggesting seasonal dishes from our area which are accurately selected. The combination with wines is necessary since they are produced by Felcaro vines and they match well with the food we suggest: if you wish to taste other kinds, there is a well-stocked wine shop inside the restaurant where you can find all the varieties of Collio wines.
